Shipping policy
Newsideline is a Creative Shop, that working closely with several Providers. Our Providers establishes their own production times and shipping methods that Newsideline has agreed to follow. We have set an average timeframe for our Customers, so that you receive your items in a timely fashion.
We Do Not Ship Outside of the United States
The Average Production Time is 1.0 to 10.0 days, depending on the product being produced.
Economy Shipping time has an average 4-10 business days not including weekends and holidays and then 3-5 business days with the shipping carrier after that depending on the carrier service as well as the weather.
Standard Shipping time takes averages 2-5 business days not including weekends and holidays and then 3-5 business days with the shipping carrier after that depending on the carrier service as well as the weather.
*All items do not offer Standard Shipping.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Unincorporated Territories of the United States can take and additional 7-14 business days with the shipping carrier after that.
Tracking: Tracking is emailed once the label is created. Tracking will be updated when the shipping carrier receives your package.
Shipping Cost: Shipping is free for purchases of $100.00 there is a shipping fee below this total cart amount.
Missing/Lost Packages: If you tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Verify the shipping address that you input at checkout is correct.
- Look for a notice at attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if your package was delivered close by or if a neighbor accepted the package for you.
Sometimes a package will travel through multiple carriers. Make sure to check your home and your Post Office if you sometimes receive mail there.
Reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can give you further information or contact your driver for you to find where it was delivered to.
Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
If your package has not arrived within 48 hours of saying it was delivered. Please send and email to customerservice@newsideline.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- First and Last Name on your order
- Shipping Address on your order
- Order Date and Total
- Order Tracking Number
Shipping to Puerto Rico / Alaska / Hawaii shipping is extra. For you will be billed separately for duties and border fees through the shipping carrier.
