How long does shipping take?

Shipping options depend on how fast you want your items. We have two (2) options available.

Economy: averages 4 t0 10 business days, not including weekends and holidays.

Standard: averages 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends and holidays.

*Note that both options still may have a 3-5 business day(s) with the shipping carrier during the Holiday Season(s) on the carrier service as well as the weather. 

Can I track me order?

Yes, once we send your order out, we will send you and email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day refund policy for damaged items only, we just ask you to take a photo of the damaged item and email it to customerservice@newsideline.com and will we forward you a label for your return.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, only on damaged items with a photo proof that has been emailed.
