Newsideline is a On-Demand Creative Shop, that works closely with several Print Providers.  Our Print Providers establishes their own production times and shipping methods that Newsideline has agreed to follow.  We have set an average timeframe for our Customers, so that you receive your items in a timely fashion.

• The Average Production Time is 1.0 to 10.0 days, depending on the product being produced.
• Economy Shipping time has an average 4-10 business days not including weekends and holidays and then 3-5 business days with the shipping carrier after that depending on the carrier service as well as the weather. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item was "Delivered", to produce a photo of the item prior the request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase within the photo.

Non-defective products purchased during the holiday season do not qualify for a return unless there is a defect.
